Our Ingredients

Do your treats have any preservatives?

Absolutely not! Our treats are 100% natural! We use zero preservatives, chemicals, additives, growth hormones or extenders so you know you're getting the best for your pet. We make treats that we want to give to our dogs, if we wouldn't feed it to ours then we wouldn't want you to give it to yours.

Do you use human grade ingredients?

Our treats are made from 100% human grade ingredients sourced from quality butchers.

Are your treats 100% Australian?

They sure are. We only use quality Australian produce sourced locally from quality producers. Fresh is best and we hand make our treats in small batches so that the finished product is as fresh as possible.

In the rare chance that we cannot source from Australia we will highlight the fact in our product description so you can make an informed decision prior to purchase.

Where do you get your meats?

We have built relationships with some incredible butchers and fish-mongers in both Sydney and the Gold Coast where our treats are made. We source high-quality meats and utilize offcuts where possible. This not only ensures a premium product for your pet but also promotes a more sustainable use of resources.

Is your kangaroo wild or farmed?

Our Kangaroo meat is wild caught and human grade. We source it from licensed suppliers in the Riverina and QLD so you can rest easy knowing that the kangaroo meat you eat is free from antibiotics, added growth hormones and added chemicals.

Do you use fresh or frozen vegetables?

Fresh is best and we will always do our utmost to use the freshest, quality ingredients with the exception of our peas which we get in snap frozen. We try to get produce that is as fresh and locally sourced as possible. An Uncle provides us with his home grown pumpkins, and neighbour grows our fresh mint.

Is your poultry RSPCA approved?

Absolutely. We use ingredients that are of the highest standards and our RSPCA approved poultry means that our chickens and turkeys gives you the confidence that birds are reared to the highest standards.

Where is your seafood sourced?

Our seafood is sustainably sourced from a quality fish monger at the Sydney Fish Markets. We pride ourselves in the quality of our seafood products, using premium, human grade ingredients for our fish chunks and bites ranges and utilising other parts of the fish that would otherwise be discarded for our seafood range of chews.

Our Range

Do you have any treats for cats?

Absolutely! We love our cat customers and have a range that is perfect for the refined tastes of our feline friends. This range in particular is from our pure proteins collection and can be broken into smaller pieces or given whole.

Do you have treats for sensitive stomaches?

We started our brand out of a desire to create dog treats that are low allergen and as natural as possible. We carefully curate treats that are suitable for the pickiest of eaters and sensitive tummies. Our low-allergen range is a great place to start if your pet has specific needs.

Do you have treats specifically for puppies?

I have a large dog do you have treats that would suit their needs?

I have a small dog that needs very small sized treats, do you have any that would suit?

We have a range of treats that are easily broken down into pieces to suit your dogs needs.

My dog has dental issues, can you recommend treats to help?

We have ranges that suit both pets with little to no teeth left, as well as treats that are perfect for teething puppies and treats for dogs with teeth that need cleaning.

Do you make all of your own treats?

We are trying to do something different to everyone else so the majority of our treats are made by us. We do have a few exceptions and source some treats from highly reputable suppliers. If a treat has been made by someone other than us we will indicate it in the products description so you can make an informed decision abut what your pet eats.

Do you make all of your own chews?

While we are striving to make 100% of the products we sell, some of our chews range has come from reputable suppliers that meet our exacting standards. If it isn't something we would happily feed one of our pets, then we won't sell it to your to feed yours.

My dog likes a particular type of treat. Can I put in a request?

Absolutely, we'd love to hear what your dog likes to eat. We can't guarantee we'll be able to make the treats that you want but we make small batch treats so are always willing to experiment. Let's talk!

Do you use plastic packaging?

We are working hard to create a zero plastic business. Our packaging consists of a range of compostable or recyclable packaging. We work hard to source stickers, tape and other packaging accessories that are also compostable and recyclable.

Are your packaging and labels truly compostable?

Yes, both our packaging and labels are made from compostable materials, ensuring they break down naturally and reduce landfill waste.

Why is compostable packaging better than plastic?

Compostable packaging breaks down naturally without harming the environment, unlike plastic, which can take hundreds of years to decompose and often ends up polluting our oceans and landscapes.

Why does your packaging look wrinkled sometimes?

Our packaging might not always look as perfect as our competitors plastic packaging, but we are working hard to create a more sustainable future for you and your pets. Our 100% compostable packaging keeps treats fresh without harming the environment, we'll take that over good looks any day.

Are your treats as durable as those in plastic packaging?

Absolutely. Our compostable packaging is designed to be robust and durable, ensuring your treats stay fresh and secure without the need for plastic.

How can I dispose of the packaging properly?

You can dispose of our compostable packaging in your home compost bin or through local composting programs. This way, the packaging will break down naturally and return nutrients to the soil.

What other eco-friendly practices do you follow?

In addition to using compostable packaging and sourcing meats responsibly, we strive to minimize waste in our production process and operate with a strong focus on reducing our overall environmental impact.

Health & Safety

Are your dog treats safe for all breeds and sizes?

Yes, our dog treats are formulated to be safe and nutritious for dogs of all breeds and sizes. We also have a range that is specifically for small dogs, and another that we recommend for larger breeds.

We do highly recommend supervising your pet while they enjoy our treats, especially if they are prone to gulping their food.

Are your dog treats free from artificial additives and preservatives?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on using only natural ingredients, free from artificial additives, preservatives, and fillers. Your pet's health and well-being are our top priorities.

Do your dog treats contain any common allergens?

Our dog treats are made with high-quality, natural ingredients, but some may contain common allergens such as beef or chicken.

Please check the ingredient list on each product and consult with your veterinarian if your dog has known food allergies.

How do you ensure the quality and safety of your dog treats?

We adhere to stringent quality control measures throughout our production process. This includes sourcing premium ingredients, handcrafting each batch with care, and conducting regular safety and quality checks.

Can puppies eat your dog treats?

Our treats are generally safe for puppies, but we recommend introducing them gradually and in small quantities. For puppies under six months old, consult with your veterinarian to ensure the treats are appropriate for their diet. If your puppy has any kind of adverse reaction to any food or treats, please remove it from their diet and consult with a vet as soon as possible.

What should I do if my dog has an adverse reaction to your treats?

If your dog shows any signs of an adverse reaction, such as vomiting, diarrhea, or unusual behavior, discontinue use immediately and consult your veterinarian. Please also contact us so we can address the issue.

How should I store your dog treats to maintain their freshness?

To keep our dog treats fresh, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the packaging is sealed properly after each use.

How many treats can I give my dog per day?

The number of treats you can give your dog depends on their size, age, and activity level. As a general rule, treats should not exceed 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake. Consult with your veterinarian for specific guidance tailored to your dog's needs.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to major cities and areas within Australia typically arrive within 3-7 business days. For rural or remote areas, please allow additional time. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for current free shipping thresholds and rates.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping via Australia Post. Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery within Australia. Additional charges apply for express shipping options, which can be selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are exploring options for international shipping and hope to offer this service in the future.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
